ADIS 2026 | Ten Landing Pages, Converting Cold Traffic Above 12%

Six channels were aimed at ADIS 2026, with nine professional audiences behind them, each holding a different reason to care about the same $57 billion-plus infrastructure pipeline. The conventional answer is one strong registration page. Centric built ten.

Carrying a Persona Argument Through to Conversion

  • The Challenge
Most B2B campaigns personalise the advertising and then send every audience to the same landing page. At that point the specific promise the ad made has already been broken, and the media budget is paying to reach people with the wrong pitch at the moment they are closest to converting.

Cold paid social traffic converts in the low single digits as a rule, which is why event marketers commonly treat Meta as an awareness channel rather than a registration channel. The ADIS programme needed Meta to produce registrations at a cost comparable to search, which meant the landing page had to do work the advertising could not.

The Approach

Ten Pages, One Set of Mechanics

Centric built ten segmented pages on dedicated subdomains, one per persona plus a general page, changing the argument while holding the mechanics constant.

Argument-Led Page Design
The headline was the strategy rather than decoration. The government page led with ministers from 100 countries, because policy access was the genuine draw for that title. The finance page led with $106 trillion of need, the investment pipeline being what that audience attended to size up. Consultants were addressed on governance, partnerships and pipeline intelligence. Smart cities were given the AED 13 billion Digital Strategy, a figure that means nothing to an engineer and a great deal to that specific buyer.

Device-Appropriate Conversion Paths
Desktop opened directly to the registration form. Mobile collapsed the form behind a Claim Your Pass button with a persistent bottom banner, keeping registration one tap away without burying a small screen in fields. A Register with LinkedIn option allowed the most senior visitors to bypass the form entirely. Google Tag Manager tracked both conversion paths across all ten pages.

Integrated Capture and Segmentation
Every page fed both the client's CRM and Centric's own campaign platform, capturing and segmenting each registration into the same lead-scoring system running across all six channels. A registration was never the finish line on this campaign. The room was, and a page that could not identify which persona and which argument had converted would have left the downstream confirmation work operating blind.

The Outcome

The Page Set Paid for Itself on One Channel

The pages converted cold Meta paid social traffic above 12%, against a low single-digit norm for that traffic type. On Meta spend alone, that rate justified building ten pages rather than one.

4,806 Registrations at $7.76
Meta's website conversion ads, which routed through these pages rather than an in-platform form, delivered the volume at a cost inside the programme ceiling. That is the precise inverse of LinkedIn in the same campaign, where native Lead Gen Forms beat website conversion ads almost four to one on cost. The difference is the pages: LinkedIn's native form had nothing to beat, while Meta's traffic had somewhere worth landing.

1,916 Registrations From a Single Campaign
One Meta campaign routed to a persona page converted at roughly $2.91, close to three times better than the channel average.

Nine Arguments Held for Six Weeks
The pages held their own arguments through a window in which the agenda and speaker list kept changing beneath them, and none reverted to a generic message to save time. Every registration arrived attributed by persona and channel.

Landing Page Systems That Outlive a Campaign

A page set built around named audiences is reusable structure rather than campaign furniture. Each persona headline now carries conversion data, and the template holds for any audience that can be named and argued to.

Twelve percent becomes the benchmark the next campaign starts from rather than a result that needs explaining.
