ADIS 2026 | 12 Million Impressions With No Media Behind Them
Organic social at event scale is usually a brand exercise: a posting calendar, a speaker announcement cadence, some engagement, and no measurable registrations. Centric approached ADIS 2026 differently, treating every completed registration as a distribution event rather than an endpoint.
- The Challenge
The mechanism also had to be genuinely frictionless. Any drafting burden placed on the registrant would have reduced participation to the small minority who post about events unprompted.
The Approach
Centric wired distribution into actions people were already taking, then measured both mechanisms with the discipline applied to paid channels.
Automated Share Loop at the Point of Action
Every attendee registering through the visitor portal, every speaker confirming through the speaker portal and every exhibitor signing on through the exhibitor portal automatically triggered a branded LinkedIn post carrying their own photograph or company logo, generated in real time at the moment of the action. The graphic was produced automatically, so the registrant confirmed rather than authored. It fired at the confirmation screen, the point of highest intent, rather than in a follow-up email days later.
Role-Specific Post Variants
Attendee, speaker and exhibitor each received a version written for their relationship to the summit. An attendee's post signalled personal interest, a speaker's signalled authority, and an exhibitor's signalled market presence, each carrying its own reason for that individual's network to click through. Exhibitors used their version as a sales asset to their own client lists at no cost to the organiser, and speakers used theirs as a credential.
Multi-Platform Listing Strategy
Rather than a single link to a registration form, the summit ran as a live listing on LinkedIn Events, Eventbrite and Luma, with name, dates, hero image and description held constant so search never had to determine which listing was authoritative. Every listing carried its own UTM parameters so organic could be measured against paid, and speaker and agenda updates were republished as they were confirmed so each platform continued resurfacing the event.
The Outcome
The share mechanism generated more than 15,000 organic LinkedIn posts at zero media cost, each one triggered by a genuine completed action rather than estimated.
12 Million Impressions, 420,000 Reactions
Posts averaged 800 impressions and 28 reactions each, none of it bought. For context, the UAE has a population of roughly 10 million, so this mechanism alone placed the summit in front of more feed impressions than there are people in the country hosting it.
15,000 Distinct Professional Networks
Each post placed the summit inside an attendee's colleagues, a speaker's followers or an exhibitor's client base, audiences reached entirely through unpaid, personally endorsed sharing.
Verifiable Rather Than Estimated
Because the mechanism fires directly off a completed website action, the count reflects real registrations, confirmations and sign-ups. The summit closed with 31,000 total registrations across the full campaign.
Distribution That Scales With the Event
Centric builds these mechanisms into the platforms clients already operate, rather than running them as a separate content programme.
