C. Azure Avatar Chatbot Data
The Azure Avatar Chatbot is an enterprise AI solution. Centric acts strictly as a Data Processor on behalf of our client organizations.

3. How We Use Your Information (Legal Basis)
We use the information we collect for the following purposes based on the corresponding legal grounds:
● To Perform a Contract: To facilitate the specific AI service or support requested by the user through the Avatar interface.
● Legitimate Interests: To improve the accuracy of our AI models through anonymized interaction logs and to ensure system security.
● Your Consent: Where required by local regulations, we obtain explicit consent before accessing camera or microphone peripherals for the Avatar experience.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your personal information with the following parties:
● Service Providers: Specifically, Microsoft Azure AI Services, which provide the underlying infrastructure for the Avatar’s animation and speech synthesis.
● The Client Organization: The enterprise entity that has deployed the Avatar Chatbot will have access to interaction logs to maintain service quality and fulfill user requests.
5. Data Security
Centric is committed to protecting your information. Our Azure Avatar Chatbot leverages the same enterprise-grade security protocols as our CGC platform, in accordance with our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
● Encryption: All AI interactions are encrypted using AES-256 protocols.
● Data Residency: We utilize Microsoft Azure’s regional data centers (e.g., UAE North/Central) to comply with the data residency requirements of our regional clients.
6. AI Transparency and Ethics (2026)
In compliance with evolving AI regulations:
● Disclosure: Users are clearly notified that they are interacting with an AI "Digital Persona."
● Safety: The system includes automated safety triggers to prevent the generation of harmful content and adheres to the UAE Child Digital Safety Law regarding minor users.
7. Your Data Protection Rights
As detailed in our primary policy, users maintain the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their interaction history. Please note that for Product/Enterprise data, requests should be directed to the Client Organization (the Data Controller).
