LIV Lux | Redefining Coastal Living in Dubai Marina

LIV Properties, with its North American heritage, aimed to establish a solid foothold in the Middle Eastern market. Launching a premium residential project in Dubai Marina, LIV needed to differentiate itself in a highly competitive luxury real estate market while conveying its vision of sustainable luxury and unmatched attention to detail.

Breaking into a Saturated Market

LIV Properties as a brand was new to the market which is a very competitive and over-saturated market. The luxury segment is overcrowded and has a different interpretation for each individual in this region. LIV's proposition was to provide a sustainable luxury with attention to detail that will make this project a stepping stone in this region and establish LIV as a quality-driven real estate brand. Our challenge was to develop a brand around its legacy and create a marketing strategy to go to the market, promote the property, and generate awareness to entice prospective clients to invest in this beautifully located Adobe.

A 360° Rebranding and Digital Launch

Launching for the first time in the UAE market, we started off with restructuring the branding for LIV Properties as it operated in multiple regions across the world. It was important to define the hierarchy for the future of the brand across the globe. We took a 360-degree approach to re-branding and defined the brand proposition and promise, utilizing an omnichannel approach to enhance brand awareness amongst niche clients. From designing and producing brand collaterals to location photography and videography using drones and using those for marketing purposes. We developed 3D renders of the property and integrated them into the drone shots to bring the project to life helping customers visualize the stunning views. We designed and produced a unique brochure that captured all the essence of the property making sure the attention to detail is captured.

The website's role was to provide interactive ways to experience the property and added stunning views for each apartment. An interactive floor plan, video and photo gallery and information about living around the marina area were showcased on the website. Strategy for social media along with the assets were developed to garner more awareness. A complete end-to-end solution was provided so the launch of the brand and project was successful.
